In 1998, a bridge with a load capacity of 40 tons was built to facilitate the transport of timber from the southern side of the valley.
It spans the Mur over 36 meters without supporting pillars. All parts under pressure are made of wood, the tension elements are made of steel. Bridge arches and diagonal struts are made of glued laminated timber, the roadway consists of solid wood panels.
The Wandritsch bridge is freely accessible at all times.
