The family-friendly Terrainkur adventure trail in the Graz Region offers an unforgettable experience in the countryside. Along the approximately 7 km long hiking, walking and running route, 25 interactive experience stations invite you to learn in a playful way outdoors. At the "The Last Scream" station, for example, you can shout all your frustrations away and then use a measuring device to find out how effective the exercise was. Or at the forest playground, where children of all ages can let off steam. If you are ready to confront your "inner bastard", then you should visit the station of the same name first. Autobahn: über die Südautobahn A2 - Abfahrt „Laßnitzhöhe“
von Graz kommend: ca. 10 km auf der B 65 Richtung Gleisdorf fahren - beim Gemeindeamt Kainbach bei Graz rechts auf die L 326 abbiegen - bis zum Zentrum Laßnitzhöhe fahren und dann rechts auf die Kapellenstraße abbiegen

The entrance is located directly in the center. It is best to park in Kapellenstraße (towards Hotel Liebmann) and then take the entrance to Station 1.

Plan a little more time, as some of the adventure stations are so much fun that you'll want to stay a little longer ;-) If you want to take some regional delicacies home with you, then the Allerleierei (farm store) is just the place for you. If you want to stop for a bite to eat, you can find the restaurant tips along the adventure trail here.

In spring, the delicacy hiking day takes place along the adventure trail.

The sebastian RELOADED® terrain cure adventure trail is open all year round (and free of charge). Depending on the weather, some stations are dismantled over the winter and rebuilt in the spring. You can also book special tours, company and school outings or birthday parties in the countryside.
