Steinschloss-round

The tour leads from Schleifling to the highest castle ruin in Styria - the castle Steinschloss is freely accessible all year round.
Due to its location and size, the castle ruin "Steinschloss" is one of the most impressive complexes in Central Europe. Visible from afar, defiantly grandly positioned on a rocky spur on the western slope of the Kreuzeck, it is one of the largest and with a sea level of almost 1,200 meters, the highest castle in Styria. It is one of the most impressive complexes in Central Europe.
