Our mountain farm is located away from busy roads and over-fertilised meadows and is therefore ideal for the natural cultivation of our mountain herbs. These thrive around the house, on the stone terraces and in our 99m long herb spiral.
In addition, we collect wild herbs from carefully selected places in nature. The herbs are harvested according to ripeness, weather, time of day and moon phase in order to achieve optimal quality. They are dried in a specially built drying chamber by air-drying at a maximum of 40°C so as not to destroy any of the ingredients. Afterwards they are rubbed down by hand and processed into our herbal specialities.
