Our mountain farm is located away from busy roads and over-fertilized meadows, making it ideal for the natural cultivation of our mountain herbs. These thrive around the house, on the constructed stone terraces, and our 99m long herb spiral.
Additionally, we collect wild herbs from carefully selected locations in nature. The herbs are harvested based on ripeness, weather, time of day, and moon phase to achieve optimal quality. They are dried in a specially built drying chamber through air drying at a maximum of 40°C, to avoid destroying any of their components. Afterwards, they are manually stripped and further processed into our listed herbal specialties.
