Our restaurant is famous for its various Pfandl dishes. It is a great concern of ours to source as many ingredients as possible from the region. In our menu you will find char and trout from the Genussregion Ybbstalforelle or game meat from the Genussregion Gesäuse Wild. Goat's cheese from Milwisch, cow's cheese from Grabenbauer and sheep's cheese from Orth are of course also a must. To drink, there is cider and apple juice from the Styrian Eisenwurzen. Of course we bake our own pastries to sweeten your coffee break.
