Our small but fine Hofbrauerei is located in the southern part of western Styria, in Eibiswald. Here at the foot of the Koralpe, also the main ingredient of the beer - the water - arises from our own crystal clear house spring. It is already completely pure from its source, particularly rich in natural minerals and trace elements and packed with positive properties. That is why we can use this soft, refreshing, pure spring water directly for brewing beer. The most important prerequisite for the highest beer quality.
The four elements in the beer universe
Because nature is very important to us, we also make sure that only the best raw materials are used for our beer:
