Put on your running shoes and off you go. Run past the kindergarten in the direction of Drei Quellen Hotel Kipper. Continue to the right and run through the district of Müllegg. After the residential area, leave the road and continue to the right along a field path that leads directly to the Mill Museum. Follow the main road for a short distance and after 100 metres take the field path on the right. Continue at a brisk pace until you reach Gersdorf. On these 2.3 kilometres you will run through fields and forests. Breathe in the fresh, cool air of the forest. As soon as you feel asphalt under your feet, continue along this road to Schamberg. The path takes you past the Toni-Peter fish tavern and the Fellner wine tavern. Once in Schamberg, take the road to the right after the fire station. The path now goes steeply downhill. You now walk all the way down to the porcelain factory "IBIDEN Ceram GmbH". Turn right here. Follow the main road for one kilometre. Turn left towards Niedergams. You now walk uphill for about 400 metres. Once you have reached the top, the trail continues to the right. You can see typical West Styrian houses again and again. Stay on this road for 3.6 kilometres. You will pass the Deutsch-Maier wine experience farm shop and the Wallner fruit and beef farm. Make a note of these two farm shops for a later purchase. In Bergegg, walk a short distance to the right through the forest. The road that follows takes you directly to Furth. You will now see the Farmer Rabensteiner vlg. Graf. Now take the second road to the left. A path leads you along the Gamsbach stream back to the starting point. On this last section of the trail, you can enjoy the quiet babbling of the stream.
Use the Gamsbad for a cooling down afterwards.
