Performance Description
Discover Argentinian Tango in Leibnitz over a weekend – a dance full of elegance, rhythm, and emotion. Tango is not a standard dance, but a world of its own and is part of the intangible UNESCO World Heritage. Music, movement, and encounters merge into a special experience. In addition to exciting insights into culture and history, you will be welcomed by the unique atmosphere of a Milonga, the traditional Tango dance evening. Whether alone or as a couple – everyone is warmly welcome.

Details of the Offer
The weekend includes several workshops with different focuses: from culture, Tango rules “Codigos” and musical structures to the variety of Tango styles and the analysis of a Tango song. On Sunday, the focus will be on dance fundamentals – walking, posture, balance, and the interplay of leading and following.
Between the workshops, there are breaks with coffee and cake. A highlight is the free Open Class on Saturday evening, followed by the festive Milonga and traditional Tango music.

Location Address
Grottenhof 1, 8430 Leibnitz, seminar room on the 1st floor of the main building. You can access the seminar room via a covered outdoor staircase or through the shop on the ground floor.
