Our winery has stood for excellent quality for decades. When visiting our wine tavern with a large terrace and playground, guests can enjoy the excellent culinary offerings. As early as the 1950s, vines were planted on the Rettenberg and the harvested grapes were turned into wine. In the in-house tavern, the Haring family gave vlg. Pichlippi made wine back then and served a good snack with it. Later cattle breeding and fruit growing predominated. In 1991 the Rettenberg was recultivated and vines of the "Blauer Wildbacher" genus were planted again. The first Schilcher was bottled in 1995 and 20 more vintages have followed to this day. The further plantings in 2001, 2011 and 2015 not only increased the area under vines but also the variety of varieties on the Rettenberg. Welschriesling, Weißburgunder, Gelber Muskateller, Sauvignon Blanc and Schilcher are now growing over the southern slopes around the "Pichlippi Hof" 25 years after the replanting in 1991.
