DL-Trombone-Connection

Following the example of the most famous quartets, such as the Slokar Quartet or the Vienna Trombone Quartet, the DL-Trombone Connection presents the finest sounds – and this exclusively with trombones.

The ensemble currently consists of five active musicians, with the concerts being performed in a classic quartet formation. The repertoire spans a wide range: from traditional wind and genuine folk music to swing, pop, and rock, all the way to opera and operetta.

The formation was founded in 2018 when the first rehearsal was held on June 15. Since then, the musicians have been captivating audiences at numerous performances both in and outside their home region of South and West Styria. The DL-Trombone Connection stands for passion, diversity, and the unique sound of the trombone – film music and brass that moves the world.
