One family, many talents. For many years the Wallner family has been running the business together with body and mind, head and mind, heart and soul.

FRUIT BAUILDING

Our speciality is the sour cherry. In order to offer our customers what are probably the best sour cherries in the world, but also other excellent fruit varieties, we have been working with microorganisms for over 15 years. By building up humus, we can also work in a way that conserves resources and acts responsibly for the next generations.

BEEF On our farm we run a fattening farm for beef and veal. To keep the quality of the meat particularly high, we only use our own fodder for fattening, consisting of maize, peas, various cereals and hay. EDELBRANDE All our brandies are produced on the farm. The mash used for this comes from the farm's own orchard. The fruit is painstakingly grown, tended, harvested and processed into mash by hand. POME OIL The cultivation and growing takes place almost directly on the farm. Our pumpkin fields are located within a radius of about one kilometre.
