The bonus meat shop Mauthner is known for its selected meat and sausage specialties.
Some of these delicacies can look back on centuries of tradition, like the "Schwanberger Klosterrauchwurst", whose recipe comes from the former Capuchin monastery. The high product quality is not least guaranteed by our own slaughter. Despite modern equipment, we focus on craftsmanship. We process pigs, cattle, calves and lambs in our company.
This ensures high quality raw meat and the greatest possible freshness of all products. We only buy our beef, pork, calf and lamb from personally known farmers in the region. For our range of poultry we buy the free-range chicken from the Sulmtal, which also comes from the region.

An essential part of the new store, which was rebuilt in 2003, is naturally the spacious counter, which allows for an optimal presentation of the meat and sausage products. In addition to the butcher's traditional products, the shop also offers fish, cheese, salads, spreads and specialties such as olives and Italian specialties. Of course, local products such as Schilcher, pumpkin seed oil and other pumpkin products are also available.
Our butchery is connected to our traditional inn. The meat and sausage products come from the butcher's shop, which has been awarded the AMA seal of quality, thus guaranteeing the best local quality.
