The Klapotetz is made of 5 different types of wood. The wings are made of larch, the trunk and the frame of oak, the striking mechanism of acacia, the sound board of bird cherry and the broom of chestnut with birch bushes.
Along the hiking routes Neudorf-Demmerkogel Runde and the St. Andrä - Höcher Runde, the Demmerkogel with the Klapotetz is a perfect stopover to enjoy the beautiful view.
