The inn: quaint, traditional, honest and genuine.
In the 1920s, Dr. Stiegler, the family doctor at the time, founded the alpine club "d'Schwoagkogler", and the Klugbauer became the alpinists' clubhouse. At the end of the 1920s, the Klugbauers allegedly turned a blind eye from time to time and served food and drinks to "good acquaintances" who were not members of the Alpine Club. Because the likeable farmer from the Reinischkogel has always had many, good acquaintances and friends, an application was soon made for a hospitality licence.
Since then, our hospitality has grown and the furnishings have changed, but our taste remains unchanged and is still rustic, traditional, honest and genuine.
