Every day we produce different types of bread, from pure rye bread to French baguettes, bread with various delicious ingredients, such as olives, carrots, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds....
One of the most important ingredients for the unique taste of our bread is the grain from our home region (Styria), as well as the carefully prepared and matured sourdough.
We also use only the best ingredients from our region for our pastries. From the breakfast croissant to the resche Semmerl, from the Salzstangerl to the Kornspitz, there is something for every taste.
Our specialities include over 25 different types of pastries, such as our oven-fresh Easter bread, the juicy All Saints' Striezel, the crispy Sulmtaler Krustenbrot & Bauernbrot, our onion and olive baguette and many more delicacies.
Party and celebration service (order required) For occasions and celebrations of all kinds (weddings, birthdays, company celebrations, sporting events,...) we offer small and jour pastries, as well as sandwiches. Just ask us in the café for the different varieties, we will be happy to advise you.

Ice cream is not just ice cream
Over the years, our confectionery has worked its way to the top, because ice cream is not just ice cream is our motto. We do not use any preservatives or artificial flavourings in our in-house production. For our products we use selected and of course exclusively fresh raw materials (milk, cream, fruit, etc.).
From March to October we produce more than 20 different types of ice cream, which we present and serve with a choice of more than 50 ice cream sundaes and a large display case. However, if you don't have enough time to make yourself comfortable in our guest garden, we naturally also have the tried and tested "cone ice cream". For connoisseurs, we also have the ever-popular "frozen yoghurt" from the soft ice cream machine.
