The principle in our "Excellent Buschenschank" is: We want to combine the best of the region on one plate for our guests. Whether it's the daily freshly roasted brisket (crispy roasted belly meat) according to Resi Grandma's recipe or the homemade pastries from chef Heidi - everything is made with a lot of passion and dedication. In addition to the year-round classics (Brettljause, farmer's salad, etc.), seasonal specialities are always available. Products such as free-range eggs, raw ham, highland beef and game specialities all come from direct marketers in the immediate vicinity. Family is also a top priority at the Buschenschank. Heidi and Resi form a perfect team in the kitchen and create outstanding compositions on the plate time and time again. The men are in charge of service - Herbert, Stefan, Markus and Matthias take care of your well-being at the table. In addition to the dining room and the bar, there is also an inviting sun terrace with seating for around 30 people. With a view over the vineyards of the Schlossberg and Glanz districts as far as the Heiligengeistkirche church on the Slovenian border, you can philosophise about the wines with the winegrowers.Table reservations are only accepted by telephone!
