The farm has been managed organically since 1981, with a strong emphasis on natural diversity.
The focus lies on working in harmony with nature and promoting new, fungus-resistant grape varieties that do not require spraying. The wine selection includes unique varieties such as Cuvée nouvelles variétés, Sauvin, Bacco, Cabernet Jura, among others. The product range is complemented by fresh fruit, juices, nectars, and jams.
