Our newly built farm is located at approximately 400 meters above sea level, on a gentle slope in a clearing at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by mixed forest and our wildlife enclosure. In addition to our apartments and a large apartment, we also offer space for parties and seminars with up to 35 guests. Our pool with sauna house offers you the opportunity to relax and unwind on both hot and cold days. Come by and escape the stresses of everyday life while your gaze sweeps from the "Grazer Becken" over till the Mountains to Slovenia!

Room details

Our apartments are all tastefully furnished with a mix of old and new. We've also incorporated sustainability into our design, combining traditional farmhouse furniture with modern elements. In addition to the unique view, all apartments feature a bedroom and a lounge with a sofa, dining table, and a kitchenette.

The kitchens are equipped with an espresso machine and everything you need for cooking. A spacious bathroom with a barrier-free shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a terrace or balcony, complete the offerings. Naturally, all apartments have a TV and Wi-Fi.

In our farm shop in the living room, our guests can purchase cold drinks and delicacies made from our own game and from the region.
