Big Gindelhorn and Leistenalm

From Stainach to Pürgg and via the Himmelsleiter to Gindlherndl. Downhill to Dachsteinblick and via Hof Rohrmoser and Leistenalm back to Stainach.
HIMMLISCH. Das Schloss hinter Dir gelassen, geht´s zuerst nach Pürgg und übers Schwimmbad und die Himmelsleiter weiter aufs noch göttlichere Gindlherndl. Bergab vorbei am Dachsteinblick und über Hof Rohrmoser und Leistenalm wieder zurück nach Stainach.

From Liezen or Schladming, at the depature B320 to Stainach
Start from the main square in Stainach and walk to the Red Cross building. From there, continue along the forest road to Pürgg, through the town, past the swimming pool and up the Himmelsleiter to Gindlherndl. After a short break - with a magnificent panoramic view and a summit book entry - you go downhill towards Gasthof Dachsteinblick, turn right and walk along the road to Hof Rohrmoser. On trail no. 288 you now hike via the Leistenalm back to Stainach.
