Eiteljörg circular route, Puch bei Weiz

Enjoyable, easy hike through orchards and vineyards in the paradise of pleasure, the Styrian Apple Road in Puch near Weiz.
The apple village of Puch near Weiz is the center of the Styrian Apple Road, a gently rolling, lovely landscape with orchards as far as the eye can see.

It is especially beautiful in spring at the time of tree blossoming, when the village is enveloped in a cloud of white and delicate pink blossoms, but autumn also shows its most beautiful, sweetest and tastiest side on the Apfelstrasse.

The Apple Road winds around 25 km from Prebuch near Gleisdorf to the apple village of Puch and Oberfeistritz near Anger. On the way you will meet many fruit farmers who, as direct marketers, offer all the delicacies that are made from fruit.

These can be the most diverse juices, must in all variations, but also jams, nectars, fruit liqueurs and, above all, a variety of noble brandies.

First and foremost, the "Abacus", which 23 "apple men" distill in a strict ritual from the best apple variety of the year under the strictest secrecy in seclusion.
