Sustainability, which is a top priority at IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn, finds a particularly pleasurable expression in our cuisine. Our kitchen is supplied with fresh salads and aromatic herbs from our 300 m2 glass house. The water also comes from six of our own springs and is mineralised directly in the house through our cooperation with BWT AG in Mondsee. 60 fruit trees adorn the driveway to the hotel and thanks to our 250 free-range chickens, which are only 300 m away from our kitchen as the crow flies, the kitchen is supplied with fresh organic eggs every day.
