The Riesach waterfall is the largest waterfall in Styria. The "Alpinsteig through the Höll" leads over numerous stairs, paths and a suspension bridge along the Riesach waterfall to the Gfölleralm and the Riesach lake. This climb requires surefootedness and a head for heights and is not suitable for toddlers and dogs from the suspension bridge - you can still get to the beautiful Riesachsee via the forest road (junction in front of the suspension bridge).
Note: Spending the night at the parking spot is prohibited. Outside the toll opening times, you will receive a note on your car about the possibility of additional payment.
