COSY AND CENTRAL! The private apartment-house Wurzer is located near the Planai Valley Station and the centre of Schladming, in a calm and sunny location. The house offers two separate apartments with a living space of 50m² for up to 2 persons, located on the first floor. Both apartments offer an access to the balcony, from which you will have a fantastic view to the Planai's finishing slope (you will share the balcony with the second apartment). Per apartment you will find one bedroom with double bed, a eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The owner attached importance to the facilities in comfort and cosiness. This is a place to feel good and relax in winter as well in summer. Our guests appreciate the good location - bakery, shops and restaurants are located near the house. A bus stop is only 150 m away. A car free holiday is therefore possible. Parking lots are directly in front of the house available. Check-In starts at 3 p.m. Check-Out till 10 a.m. Early Check-In and Late Check-out on request Way-description: Von Deutschland über Salzburg bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz auf der Autobahn (A 10), dann 18 km Bundesstraße (B 320) bis Schladming; Von Wien in Richtung Linz bis Sattledt auf der Westautobahn, dann auf der Pyhrn-Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Wien auf der Autobahn bis zum Semmering, danach Schnellstraße und Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming Von Italien, Kärnten kommend auf der Tauernautobahn (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz, danach 18 km auf der B 320 bis Schladming; Aus Richtung Graz bis Liezen auf der Autobahn, Bundesstraße B 320 bis Schladming; Take the exit Schladming Middle and follow the street direction centre of Schladming. At the first roundabout you take the 3rd exit into Erzherzog-Johann-Street. Follow this street until you can see the 3rd left street. (Schiefersteinweg) Turn left and now you can see on the right side, after the parking place the house Wurzer.
