We offer 4 apartments which are spread on the 1st and on the 2nd floor. One one-room apartment for 2 persons, two two-room apartments for 4 persons and one four-room apartment, which offer on two floors place for up to 7 persons. The biggest apartment offers a spacious balcony in south direction. Many restaurants, bars, shops, bakery are located only 3 minutes of walk away from the apartment house. In Summer you will reach many hiking paths and bike trails near your apartment. The Schwaiger apartments are therefore the perfect destination for families, groups of friends or couples who appreciate the proximity to the Planai Valley Station and want to experience in the evening also Schladmings Nightlife. A car free holiday is guaranteed. Check-in starts at 3 p.m. Check-out till 10 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out on request Von Deutschland über Salzburg bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz auf der Autobahn (A 10), dann 18 km Bundesstraße (B 320) bis Schladming; Von Wien in Richtung Linz bis Amstetten auf der Westautobahn, dann auf der Pyhrn-Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Wien auf der Autobahn bis zum Semmering, danach Schnellstraße und Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Italien, Kärnten kommend auf der Tauernautobahn (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz, danach 18 km auf der B 320 bis Schladming; Aus Richtung Graz bis Liezen auf der Autobahn, Bundesstraße B 320 bis Schladming; Exit Schladming Middle, follow the street in direction center until the 1st roundabout. Take there the 3rd exit direction center. At the Erzherzog Street you take the exit in street Tutterstraße (right) and follow the street into the center. In front of the orange church you turn left, follow the Martin Luther street until you can see the white church on your left side.
