Our apartment extends over two floors and is ideal for families with older children with two separate bedrooms. The modern apartment convinces with a lot of comfort and you will feel at home shortly after your arrival. Another special treat is the ground-level storage room in the outbuilding, where you can safely lock your skis in winter and your wheels in summer.

In summer you can take the Dachsteinrundweg with your bike right in front of your door and enjoy the beautiful landscape around the highest mountain of Styria. But also numerous mountain peaks and lush green pastures await you. After a strenuous hike in one of the more than 300 crystal clear mountain lakes, you will find the welcome cool off. For children and the young at heart, the unique and spectacular Zipline at Stoderzinken - the largest cable and gliding facility in the Alps - and the Gröbming Adventure Park - Austria's largest climbing park - ensure an active holiday experience! Thrill and excitement await you in just a few minutes by car!

In the winter months you are spoilt for choice and can choose between the Galsterberg family ski area and the 4 mountain ski area, which stretches from Hauser Kaibling, via Planai and Hochwurzen to Reiteralm, with over 230 kilometres of pistes. One thing is for sure - you'll find top-class skiing fun everywhere and the ski bus starts right on your doorstep! Regional delicacies await you at the numerous huts in the Schladming-Dachstein region.

And in the evening you can end the day with a romantic walk through the snow-covered winter landscape.

Arrival from Salzburg/Schladming via the federal raod B320 - at Gröbming turn left into the village - at the roundabout take the 3rd exit and continue on the main road - after approx. 700m you will find the apartment on the right side (blue building).

Arrival from Vienna/Graz via federal road B320 - at Gröbming turn slightly to the right into the town - until the roundabout - then take the 3rd exit to stay on the main road - after approx. 400m the apartment is on the left side (blue house).
