KöflachThe natural beer is brewed with products from the surrounding area.
The pale is brewed mainly with Pilsner malt, a small amount of Vienna malt and very little Cara malt, with hops from Leutschach and bottom-fermenting yeast, with the aim of making a drinkable, not too heavy summer beer - with a light malt and hop note.
The dark, a beautiful coffee bean brown colour, with light malt and roasted aromas, was achieved by the high proportion of dark roasted malt, with a subtle hop note in the background.
