The Styrian Heritage Workshop focuses on craftsmanship as well as traditional forms and skills. As part of the Folk Culture Styria GmbH, it is committed to documenting and producing the Styrian traditional costume. Through close cooperation with local craft businesses, the Heritage Workshop promotes awareness of regional value creation and highlights the quality of Styrian craftsmanship. A key concern of the Styrian Heritage Workshop is to pass on and preserve specific artisanal techniques. At the same time, engaging with traditional costumes and elements of customs strengthens awareness of Styrian culture and history.
