The Seifenfabrik (soap factory) in Graz impresses with its distinctive red brick facade, listed halls, and a free-standing chimney that reflects the industrial history of the building. Originally used as a Poudrette factory since 1872 and later for soap production, the location combines historical substance with modern functionality.

The versatile spatial structure includes a timber-framed hall with exposed wooden supports, a spacious market hall, and a striking extraction hall with a heating house.
