The Restaurant Artis stands for creative top cuisine with an artistic claim. The name derives from the Latin ars – art – and is at the same time a program: Each dish is prepared like a painting with special techniques, utmost precision, and artistic sensibility.
At the center are monthly changing Carte-Blanche menus with four, six, or eight courses focusing on fresh fish and seafood. The cuisine of star chef Philipp Dyczek combines French craftsmanship techniques with Asian flavors to create surprising taste experiences.
As the only Graz member of the JRE (Jeunes Restaurateurs), a prestigious association of the best European chefs, Artis meets the highest quality standards.
