In Zinzendorfgasse, the Noonbar serves ramen in various forms – sometimes classic with broth, sometimes "no soup ramen" or reimagined with modern ingredients. The Japanese noodle soup is at the center, but is consciously expanded upon. The offer is complemented by creative sushi rolls, Asian-inspired tapas, or donburi. There is also no lack of drink options: East Asian-inspired cocktails and signature drinks enhance the culinary offerings and add an additional creative touch.

The design of the venue features clean lines and dark colors, complemented by street art elements from Graz artist Stebo. Accompanied by hip hop and drum ’n’ bass, an atmosphere is created where space, music, and offerings intertwine, shaping the overall appearance of the bar. Behind Noonbar is Wei Wei Sun, who has established modern Japanese cuisine in Graz with venues like Memori and Toshi and is known for contemporary interpretations of traditional dishes.
