For over three decades, Mangolds has demonstrated that sustainable nutrition and stylish enjoyment do not exclude each other. As one of the first addresses for vegetarian and vegan cuisine in Graz, it has steadily evolved over the years. The focus is on seasonal, regionally sourced ingredients in organic quality, which are freshly processed daily. The large salad and bowl bar offers a wide selection of cold and warm dishes, including fermented specialties like homemade kimchi.

Characteristic of Mangolds is the open kitchen concept with front cooking. Lunch is served on weekdays, with dishes changing regularly and inspired by international influences. There are also homemade pastries and baked goods from their own whole-grain bakery as well as organically grown coffee, which is sustainably imported by sailboat.

The gastronomic offer is complemented by a small shop with products related to a sustainable lifestyle – from natural cosmetics to teas and eco-friendly household goods. Families, in particular, benefit from a generously equipped children's corner with play materials and reading options. Regular reading cafés and game cafés also take place, rounding out the offerings for children.
