Má Kitchen brings Vietnamese street food into a clear, contemporary form and is the heartfelt project of founder Thu Thanh Kochauf. The name "Má" means Mama in Vietnamese and refers to the dishes she learned from her mother. These genuine family recipes form the culinary foundation of her business today.

The concept is designed to be deliberately open. Guests choose their base: rice, noodles, crêpe, or baguette and combine it with meat, fish, or tofu. This creates a unique dish, inspired by the food culture of the streets of Saigon. The menu includes, among other things, Hot Pot Pho, sweet-and-sour soups, fried noodles, Bánh mì, and finger-friendly rolls – all in fresh variations with seasonal vegetables and homemade dips.

Behind the counter stands a team that the founder has specifically built from her Vietnamese community. Many of the employees are long-time companions or relatives. Cooking is done with experience and the knowledge of recipes that have been passed down for generations. This ensures a special signature that remains tangible.
