The range includes traditional classics like Sachertorte, small cake pieces, handmade chocolates, fine ice cream, and confectionery. The offer is complemented by a fine breakfast menu featuring products from the Graz Kaiser-Josef-Markt and homemade rolls.
Particularly noteworthy: the “Steiermarktorte.” As an official ambassador of enjoyment for Styria, it was created in 2013 and symbolizes regional baking art with ingredients such as pumpkin seeds, walnuts, apple jam made from East Styrian apples, pumpkin nougat from Zotter, pine schnapps, and Zotter chocolate coating. This cake in the shape of a green heart is only offered by Styrian master bakers and pastry chefs with a quality seal.
Kristina Kellner and her team run the house with a focus on quality, aesthetics, and down-to-earth elegance. In the small pastry workshop, great importance is placed on French-inspired techniques as well as regionally rooted ingredients. The café invites guests to enjoy directly on-site.
