On the menu, you will find bowls like the Laka Salmon Bowl, Namaka Shoyu Bowl, Pele Fire Bowl, or Lono Vegan Bowl. If you like, you can create your own bowl: with a base, protein, vegetables, sauce, and toppings of your choice.
All ingredients are prepared fresh daily, the combinations are balanced and full of flavor. In addition to salmon, tuna, shrimp, and tofu, rice, edamame, avocado, and homemade dressings also play a major role.
