Gut Schlossberg is the culinary meeting point at the foot of the Grazer Schlossberg and offers an impressive selection of regional specialties from all over Austria. Over 1000 different specialties from more than 120 producers are available in the stylishly designed shop – from fine spreads to raw milk cheeses, exquisite fruit juices, brandies, and much more.
One floor up, the tasting room invites you to enjoy the culinary variety of the assortment on-site. Here, you can sample the entire range, with a daily changing lunch menu or thematic tastings for groups of six or more. Whether it’s “Cider and Cheese,” “Fish Delights,” or a delightful “Schilcher Journey,” everything is freshly prepared with products from the shop.
