Freigeist Burger is more than just a burger place. It is a statement for conscious enjoyment. Since 2015, the Graz restaurateurs Christoph Feilhofer and Andreas Hammer have been focusing on homemade quality instead of fast food. At Klosterwiesgasse 2 and in the Brauquartier Puntigam, they serve burgers prepared with love and craftsmanship. The buns, dips, and drinks are freshly made daily in their own kitchen. They were developed, tested, and perfected by the two founders.
The philosophy of Freigeist Burger is “Do It Yourself instead of Do It Fast.” Here, eating burgers is celebrated. With good music, friendly service, and an atmosphere where one enjoys spending time, every visit becomes an experience. The wine list includes over 50 mostly biodynamic wines, as well as natural and orange wines for those who like to experiment. Because what can accompany a steak excellently also pairs perfectly with a burger.
