For generations, products on the farm of the Weixler family such as meat products, bread and homemade pastries have been lovingly processed.
For generations, the fresh, high-quality, and above all, flavorful products of the Weixler family have been sold directly from the farm. In 1999, with great love for the idea and the region, the very inviting Styrian Farmers' Store was opened in the Lipizzanerheimat. The offered range, which is constantly expanded with new regional delicacies, consists exclusively of enjoyment products from its own production as well as from about 20 farms in the region. The high-quality meat, the sausages and smoked products made according to traditional recipes and perfectly presented, as well as the Hirschegger bacon come from the own farm, just like the fresh bread and the homemade pastries. Supplied by regional farmers are the exquisite pumpkin seed oil from the Genussregion, homemade pasta, pickled specialties, cheese (such as sheep cheese or Vorarlberg alpine cheese), organic tea, snack seeds, Schilcher, schnapps, and liqueurs, free-range eggs, and jams. From the Genussregion, one can also find the Southeast Styrian beetle bean.
