Discgolf Graz Rosenhain

Graz

Sport with a fun factor.

Disc golf has long taken root in Graz – with several permanent courses spread across the city and its surroundings. The most well-known course is Rosenhain, a 12-basket course located on public land, which can be played from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. At Café Rosenhain, players can borrow a disc (fee + deposit), and school classes can even reserve complete sets. discgolfgraz.at The average playing time for a round is about 90 minutes.

In addition, there is the new course in Mariatrost, with 13 baskets, suitable for beginners, and offering scenic diversity between meadows and forest. And for those looking for more elevation: An 18-basket course has been established on the Schöckl Plateau – with a length of about 3.5 km, playable throughout the whole year.

Everything is organized by the Disc Golf Club Graz (DGCG), which offers regular rounds, training, tournaments, and beginner programs. discgolfgraz.at So, those looking to start disc golf in Graz will already find options in the city today – whether casually in Rosenhain, a bit more ambitiously in Mariatrost, or with a mountain view at Schöckl.
