Rauch & Rebe stands for contemporary cuisine that takes provenance and craftsmanship seriously. In the restaurant of the Augarten Art Hotel in Graz, a connection is made between regional product quality and careful preparation. The atmosphere is simple and modern, with an open view of what truly matters – good food and a fitting setting for it.

The menu is seasonal and combines Styrian classics with modern accents. Vegetables, fish, and meat come from selected farms, many from the local area. Daily changing dishes and some popular classics are offered at lunchtime, with the complete à-la-carte selection available in the evening.

In the kitchen, Christian Bernhard leads the team, while Sommelier Michael Stafford ensures the perfect wine pairing. Together, they create a place where good food, a clear style, and a pleasant atmosphere naturally belong together.
