In the middle of Graz's Bermuda Triangle lies the Glockenspiel, a café-bar and lounge located directly under the historic carillon on the facade of Square 4. In the morning, aromatic coffee tempts visitors, while in the afternoon, selected wines join in. In the evening, the venue transforms into a bar and additionally offers long drinks in a relaxed lounge atmosphere.
The square itself holds history: in 1905, liquor dealer Gottfried Maurer installed the carillon, which remains a tourist attraction to this day. Three times a day, original carved traditional figures dance, accompanied by 24 bell melodies. This charming spectacle is easily observed from the garden terrace.
Inside, the Glockenspiel focuses on casual design with modern comfort, complemented by atmospheric event nights featuring live music. The combination of historical ambiance, urban location, and diverse offerings makes the venue lively both during the day and in the evening.
