Truffle country Italy offers exceptional delicacies such as truffle salami or truffle cheese and the region of Istria presents itself with exquisite "Tartufo Prestige" products such as truffle chocolate cream and the popular black truffle. Truffles from Styria can be found on the market under the "Naturtrüffel" brand. Graz is of course also represented at the truffle market. With the Graz truffle, the "Waldschule" shows which culinary treasures thrive in the city forests of Graz. Gaumengut" uses them to produce excellent products such as truffle butter, truffle salami, truffle honey and much more. Simply enjoy! The Italian region of Piedmont will be represented with the best from Alba and, above all, the world-famous white Alba diamond. In addition to the white truffle, there will be typical Alba products such as hazelnuts, Tajarin pasta and Riso Carnaroli, one of the best Italian rice varieties.
