We are pleased to welcome you to LÖKE-Hof. This course focuses on the preparation of a whole goose from the organic farm Krainer in Riegersburg.

From goose liver parfait to goose soup to confit goose legs. The course aims at the breaking down and preparation of a goose. Beverages included.

The course starts promptly at 4:00 PM at LÖKE Hof and lasts for 5 hours.

The course fee of €170 must be paid in cash on the day of the course at the location.

Please note that the course will only take place with a minimum of 6 participants.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the course will be canceled.

You are welcome to comfortably travel by train from Graz or St. Gotthard. The train station is only 200 meters away from the LÖKE cooking school and show kitchen.

About the serviceprovider

In the cooking school & show kitchen Lö[ke], you can attend cooking events that differ by their "active cooking level".
Under the guidance of kitchen master, cheese sommelier, and F&B manager, Ferdinand Bauernhofer,
the levels vary in duration and knowledge transfer.
For example, in "Active Cooking Level 02", you fully participate,
are coached, and can ask any questions that are on your mind.
