Coming from
Liezen:
Turn right before the bridge overpass at Trautenfels Castle and take the 3rd exit at the traffic circle towards Irdning. Follow this road, which leads over a railroad crossing and over the Enns bridge. Turn left at the village sign and park at the large parking lot of the Irdning recreational facility/sports field.
From the Irdning leisure center, continue along the Enns to the Sallaberg bridge. Turn left and continue to Stainach. Via Ennsstraße past the soccer pitch and fish pond, you reach the B320 underpass, cross the railroad and main road and reach Niederhofen. This is where the gentle climb to Schloss Friedstein begins, and where the first Natur.Kraft.Platz - Schlossplatz - awaits you.
The route continues through the shady forest via the Fürstensteig trail to the Felsen-Wasser-Platz, the second Natur.Kraft.Platz, which invites you to pause for a moment with its special atmosphere. Downhill you reach Wörschach, cross the village and follow the Wörschachbach stream back to the Enns. You walk upstream along the banks of the Enns and pass the "Enns-Platzerl", the last Natur.Kraft.Platz on this loop, just before the Sallaberg bridge - ideal for a short breather before heading back to Irdning.
The four Natur.Kraft.Plätze. along the Fürstensteig circuit invite you to pause and consciously perceive the energy of the surroundings. Each place not only offers a special place of power, but also specific exercises to strengthen body and mind.
