Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, div. kitchen utensils (the kitchen is equipped for a normal household), dish towels, potholders, Wettex, sponges, dishwashing detergent and detergent for the washing machine are provided by us free of charge. We also have a Tassimo coffee machine: "Jacobs Monarch" capsules we also provide free of charge. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our house!
The final cleaning is payable once, regardless of the length of stay. A deposit of 30% is required for a binding booking.
Cancellation conditions:
Up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival at the latest: no cancellation fee.
Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total price Up to 1 week before the date of arrival: 80 % of the total price -in the last week before the day of arrival: 90 % of the total price, after that 100% of the total price.Reduction for children Children from 0-2 years are free of charge. They can stay for free. For children from 3-10 years we give a 50% discount on the person price. If 1 adult arrives with 1 child, the child will be charged as adult price.

We offer one apartment at the first floor for 2-4 persons with a size of 47m². It's located between vineyards, directly at the South Styrian Wine Road. Several winemakers and Buschenschaenke are reachable within a few minutes by foot. Big parking area available.
The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one kitchen with a Boxspring-couch (mattress size 1,60 x 2,00 m), bathroom + toilet, a commodious anteroom and a terrace. The terrace also gives seating-accommodation for 4 persons. It's surrounded by vineyards and provides a beautiful view to the area around. If necessary, we have the possibility to allocate one travel lattice bed including bedclothes, one baby highchair and one changing mat without extra fees.
