This cozy, sunny country house is situated in a quiet, idyllic location near Leutschach. From here you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over the southern Styrian wine country to Graz and Slovenia.

The generously designed country house offers space for six-nine people. It consists of a kitchen, a large living room, three spacious bedrooms, a gallery, two bathrooms and three toilets. The bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds and a sofa bed.

A nearly 5,000m² garden invites you to rest, relax and unwind.

Hiking trails lead directly past the house. In the immediate vicinity are excellent restaurants and wine taverns.

Cancellation up to 3 months before the agreed arrival day will not incur any cancellation fees. Up to 1 month before the arrival day 40% of the total price will be charged, up to 1 week before arrival 70% and in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total price will be charged.
