Welcome to the Melchior holiday home.

Our charismatic 350-year-old house was completely renovated in 2010 and furnished with great attention to detail.

The holiday apartment offers a size of 60 m2 and can accommodate
2 to 4 people. There is a bedroom with cozy beds,
a dream bathroom with shower and toilet,
as well as a bathtub for cuddly hours by candlelight.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc.

A stylish living area with a rustic dining corner in country house style invites you to linger comfortably.

The sofa offers a comfortable sleeping option for another 1 to 2 people, with its own toilet and additional washing facilities.

Upon request, we are happy to offer you a rich breakfast buffet (€ 8,-) and half-board (€ 20,-), as well as a generously designed wellness oasis for relaxation (for an additional fee) at our partner business next door.

In winter, the ski slopes and cross-country ski trails lead directly to the house. With the free ski bus (stop 30 m away), you can reach the ski areas of Katschberg and Speiereck within 8 minutes.

*** Free use of our in-house snow tubing track with refreshments and a welcome drink at our ski bar. Ski and snowboard safaris with our own instructor available on request ***

In summer, we offer you a garage for your bicycles and motorcycles free of charge. Additionally, we provide a private garden area with grilling facilities and your own lounging oasis for sunbathing and relaxing.
