Arrival
Our vacation home is at your disposal from 15:00 on the day of arrival. We will gladly hand over the keys personally or put them in a small box with PIN for you. Two days before your arrival we will contact you via e-mail with final information.
Even if it may be difficult... We ask you to leave by 11:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Such a vacation home also wants to be thoroughly cleaned before the next guests arrive.

The rooms
You simply sleep well here - say all those who have already been there. This is largely due to the wonderful local wood that has been used throughout the house. This scent of earthy-fresh ash and spruce, so close to nature that you really like to sink into bed in the evening. In summer it provides a pleasant coolness, in winter a cozy warm atmosphere.The bedrooms in our wooden house in southern Styria are divided between the two floors: one room is on the first floor; there is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. The upper floor holds another bedroom and bathroom - equipped with freestanding bathtub, WC, bidet and hairdryer - ready for you. A small gallery with a desk offers a retreat to organize your thoughts and - if needed - with a futon bed (dimensions 130×200) also two additional sleeping places for additional guests.
The kitchen
Maybe not the spot for a big kitchen party, but nevertheless our small, fine kitchen offers everything you need to conjure up wonderful meals - for a cozy breakfast, successful barbecue evenings or a delicious raclette.The living & dining area
All or nothing. And the good thing about it: You don't have to decide. In the light-flooded living area of our vacation home you can simply do nothing and daydream - or get on your mat and work out to good music or do a yoga session. We have two yoga mats and a Bluetooth home speaker ready for you. When it gets chilly, a small Jøtul stove makes for cozy evenings for two or a cozy atmosphere while watching a relaxing evening of TV with lots of SAT programs. The dining area is equipped with four chairs, if needed two more chairs are available in the house.Pool & Sauna
We don't want to reveal everything in advance, so only this much: look forward to the wonderful southern Styrian morning sun. It conjures up an almost magical atmosphere in the vacation home. Also the 4×8 meter pool and the sunbathing lawn offer a perfect way to relax on the many southern Styrian sunny days. And when autumn moves into the hill country, we also have (from autumn 2023) a sauna, which can be used with advance notice and a fee of € 20.Room/apartment features
