Valuable tips for your stay
Check in
Your room is available for check in from 2 pm. Please make sure to inform us, if you are planning to arrive after 6pm.
Check out
Check out until 10:30 am.
Late Check out
Based on availability we offer late check out until 2 pm for a surcharge of EUR 25.- per person.
Kids
We are delighted to welcome kids, providing them with a Kids Menu to colour in, an inside play area and a large playground outside.
Extrabed EUR 35.- or Babybed EUR 20.- per night available on request.
Pets
Want to go on holidays with your furry friend?
We charge EUR 15.- per night (excluding food). Please remember to bring your own dog bowl.
If necessary (e.g. in case of staining) a final cleaning fee of EUR 50.- will be charged.
Method of payment
Invoices including the full cost of the stay are payable in cash, debit card, credit card (Mastercard, American Express and VISA) or bank transfer. There is no need for an advance payment.
Cancellation period
From Monday to Thursday except public holidays
a cancellation within 1 day within arrival is free of charge.
If a cancellation occurs after this period, 100% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
Prices are including taxes.
Cancellation period
From Thursday to Sunday, on public holidays and during the period from Mai 1st to October 31st a cancellation within 30 days of arrival is free of charge.

To guarantee your reservation, credit card details must be provided. Prices are including taxes.
Parking
Free parking spaces available on the premises (no reservation needed). Parking garage available on request for EUR 20.- per night. Motorbikes and bicycles park in our garage free of charge.
Internet
High speed wireless internet on the entire premises free of charge.
