A group of artists, architects and restaurateurs are currently working feverishly on the construction of what is probably the best hotel in the world.
The Edition Salzkammergut will open its doors for a few days: It is located in the middle of an idyllic landscape: a hotel that is not made of concrete and steel, but of air, sound and imagination.
You are invited to visit our hotel. The visit will have a lot to do with your individual ideas and expectations, because ‘Probably the best hotel in the world’ is a simulation, a staging - in the end, theatre.
The operating group developed this innovative concept in response to the challenges of hypertourism and offers guests the opportunity to shape their travel experiences in their imagination. The aim is to develop our hotel in an ecological, sustainable and environmentally friendly way. Therefore, we will not build, we will not excavate, we will not interfere with nature, but only with the imagination.
The operator group has already gained a wealth of experience with temporary hotel operations in an international context. The hotel gets better and better with every edition. More and more imaginary. More and more.

Conditions
- Our event also takes place in bad weather and is partly outdoors. Please make sure you wear suitable clothing. Weatherproof shoes that can be worn on meadows and gravel paths.
- The duration of the slot is approx. 2 hours. If you are late, you can only participate in part of the program.
- In personal e-mail correspondence with the guests, we clarify in advance which specific preferences you have for our hotel. Whether individual or group experience etc. These preferences are binding for the experience.
- Animals cannot be brought along, or we ask you to contact us in advance.
- We will be happy to clarify any other special features or questions about visiting our hotel personally by email.
- Items, objects, technical gadgets etc. used during the experience must be returned to the organizer in one piece.
- In case of allergies concerning the outdoor area, please inquire about the location of your experience beforehand.

Arrival
We recommend traveling by train
If you are coming by train from Attnang-Puchheim or Stainach, get off at the Bad Mitterndorf - Heilbrunn stop.
From there, walk south along the road (Grimming-Therme), after 800 m the barefoot park is on the left-hand side of the road.
Arrival by car
You can also come directly by car. Our reception is located in the stables at the Barefoot Park 8983 Neuhofen, Bad Mitterndorf
Leave the B145 at the western entrance to Bad Mitterndorf (Billa) and immediately turn right into the village. After 500 m turn right, drive over the Salza river and continue straight ahead in a southerly direction, first under the main road and then over the railroad. The barefoot park is 800 m after the railroad on the left side of the road.
