I would like a day pass or family ticket but I can't find this online?
Any student ticket purchased online can be extended when leaving the thermal bath. The difference has to be paid by everyone upon leaving the thermal bath.

Can I buy a 4-hour ticket and then convert it to a family ticket?
No, this is unfortunately not possible.

How can I book an online ticket with a discount (Red Cross, police, etc.)?
Discounts can only be granted directly on-site upon presenting the appropriate identification.

I have a voucher (web hotel, well card, Aldiana) can I redeem it online?
Any type of vouchers cannot be taken into account when purchasing online.

If I have purchased an online ticket, do I still have to stand in line at the ticket office?
Purchasing an online ticket does not save or delay the waiting time at the entrance, as every guest receives a data carrier for using the facility. Additionally, the 2G rule and registration need to be checked and carried out.

When can I use the morning ticket and what happens if I stay longer?
The morning ticket can be redeemed from 08:00 - 11:00 and will automatically become a day ticket upon extension.

Can I use the 4-hour ticket only from 8 am?
No, the 4-hour ticket can be redeemed throughout the entire day.

The evening ticket is valid from 6:45 PM / 5:45 PM. (Winter/Summer) It is possible to pay the difference to the 4-hour ticket in advance at the ticket office.

One accompanying person is provided for each child. Any additional accompanying persons should secure an online ticket in advance.
